Re-calibrated My Hard Hg300

Just for the heck of it, I re-calibrated my hard HG300(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Y7oASSCOz8). Before, I thought it was 145lb, making it a CoC 2.85. After measuring several times in a row today(just to make sure I wasn't seeing things), I learned that I was wrong the first time. I always wondered why it was so bloody close to my 350, and here's why: It's actually between 150 and 154lb, putting it at a 3-3.1! Hows THAT for some freak gripper variance?! I'm very pumped after this, because this means I'm much closer to my goal of certifying on the CoC #3 before I turn 18 than I though I was, and I think I may attain that goal, since I've got 11 months to go! I'm going to by a #3 now, just to see what I can do.

Yep, you should certainly get a #3 now and start working on it, should not take too long for you to get it closed.

That's amazing! You should get a #3 for sure.

My HG300 calibrated at 2.2 and has a 2" spread! :tongue

Magnus a #3 cert is well within your GRASP (pun always intended with me-lol)

Now the next challenge is just mastering the credit card set with the #3 but I think you have the heart and strength to achieve this most worthy goal my young warrior.

Teemu: Thanks

Cannon: :blink I'd send it back, and if they didn't accept it, I'd threaten to show it to Warren Tetting ;)

Gatorgrip: :bow Yes, master...I thank thee :laugh

Lukeamdman: Yes, it's about 160 or just slightly more.

Magnus, funny story: I DID complain to HG and they had great service to resolve the issue. They sent me another HG300 and a free HG350. But, I "sold" those by asking the purchaser to donate to the Gripboard :D
