lukeamdman
I knew it would be difficult, but after last night I have a new respect for those strong pincher's out there. I found out that my week hand for grippers is actually stronger for pinching. Kinda weird. I could only get two 25's of the ground with my left hand for about 5 seconds(dominate hand), but with the right I could lift them and hold them for about 15 seconds. Two 35's is completely out of the question. I could hub lift the 25 with either hand, but again the right hand was stronger. Anyone know the best way to get some hex blocks? Mitch1963
Go to play it again sports and pick up some used hex dumbbells and cut the handles out. If you know someone with a horizontal type bandsaw have them cut the handles out for you. Takes just a matter of minutes, otherwise its a hacksaw. Good luck and have fun. Cannon
A reciprocating saw (Sawzall) works really well too, and most people have one or knows someone who does. Also, watch Craigslist for people dumping their crap because they're moving. Sometimes you can get an entire set of hex bells for next to nothing because some joker didn't want to move the stuff.
