xrated618
Today I was feeling good... watching 300, haha... and I grabbed the 1/4 x 7" square and crushed it with ease. I was pretty pumped up, but it seemed like butter. Got it down to 1.5 inches. I tried to get the bastard after... but I think I had used up all the juice on the square. I could only kink the bastard SLIGHTLY. I am feeling pretty confident that I will get it very soon. I am hoping to get it at the next griptogether with Aaron and Derek. I was wondering what the jump is from the 1/4 square to bastard. timiacobucci
You are getting very close. I got a 6" square right before I got a bastard. And if you killed the 7" quick you can probably already bend one that is cut down a bit. Try a 6" next time but keep doing isos and full bends on 7" stuff. Alawadhi
Try a 6.5" before the 6". The jump is big. If it was easy try the 6.25". Then the 6". Don't worry. You are very near. Maybe in a week or so you will get it. Quote Read about me in my biography. matthcarl
The 1/4" square was a big step to the 5/16 round for me. It took me a few more weeks to get the bastard, but it was the next piece to go down. vikingsrule92
It took me a little less then a month to get from the Square to the Bastard so it's a pretty big jump. I'd say try some cut down square and isos on the bastard. IMO the 6.5" Square was a little easier then a Bastard. I think Square is typically a little easier than a bastard that's 1/2" longer to me.
