MalachiMcMullen
Thanks Jeremiah for the shoe!!! This and the Regular 2 that Jim Ricchezza sent me feel pretty similar in strength but overall the Regular was a harder bend(Don't worry, the Regular was filmed by Nick R.) They both felt the same to start but the crush on the Regular was TOUGH. Nick tore through a DC2 but couldn't get more than a wiggle in one of the 3 Lites Jeremiah sent me(sorry Nick I had to say it, I've never been stronger than anyone in anything before so I have to take this little victory ) Mr. FBBC, I assure you that a cert for a #2 or #3 SCF Regular would stay a decently sparse list Here's a pic of my bends done at Stew's http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?autocom...si&img=7017 Edited February 24, 2008 by MalachiMcMullen Quote Zach Coulter Goals #1- The Planche

He had a heck of a day definetely better than mine don't know what exactly was up today nothing felt quite right but tommorrow is always another day. But hey I lived another day, spent it with good friendsand family, and got a nice dumbell to boot. Bought a nice bell off Zach 2.5 handle around 125 with loadable pins on the ends. We'll see what this does for my inch lifting down the road. But zach you need to let the hands heel just a bit makes me hurt seeing them. Nice job on the spikes too, that 12" doesn't look like any griprite I have seen, the look like the hard fbbc keystone type ones. Haha, I've never had a problem kinking anything. It's the moving it the rest of the way I ALWAYS have a problem with The 12" I bought from home depot and it came from a bin with "Griprite" on it so I can only assume it's a Griprite:) Bigger shoes every week! climber511
Zach - you are one horseshoe bending machine - one after another after another all day long! Thank God I don't have to buy all the stuff you're bending right now. It was a great day at Stew's place, with a bunch of good stuff being done. Dave Thornton bent about a pound of steel (but wouldn't try my version of a Golden Bastard) Nick did a great (quick) job on a short piece of 5/8" HRR that should put him near the top of David's list along with a bunch of shoes, cards, etc. I mostly watched the young bucks go at stuff - I did manage a Bastard (easy one) reverse and put a nice wobble in a Goodman Steel Golden Bastard (3/8" x 7" brass) reverse - I'm not ready quite yet for that one. Nick has some video and will no doubt put it up when he gets it all processed so I'm not going to try and remember everything. Needless to say, it was a great time with friends - after playing with Stews kids for a couple hours the night before - I was lucky to even get out of bed that morning - they never wear down!!! Tim71
Heck of a great bend on the shoe! Man I'm envious of that one. I know Pat is recognized as the #1 shoe bender and I've heard Chris is #2. I too think Chris is excellent but can anybody tell me what his best shoe bend is? I've never heard exactly what one has to shoot for to knock him off. I know I'm not in the game but I've heard Pat's specific bends but I've not heard much from Chris lately. Used to message back and forth frequently and swap some steel but I've not heard from him in a while. Usually a sign of Dennis Rogers involvement. I know he's definately top-notch on the shoes and license plates and pretty much all forms of bending, but I've just never heard what his best shoe is. Anybody know? Tim71
Thanks for the link! I used to be on Dennis Roger's mailing list and got those but I haven't been for the past couple months. I wonder when the DVD will be out. Anyway, that's an extremely impressive shoe and Chris is one heck of a bender and plate ripper. And I'll always be greatful for him sending me the first 3/4 by 7/8 inch Craftsman wrench for me to attempt. I've actually got a really stubborn shoe I've thought about sending him to teach it a lesson. Thanks for the info and I sure wished Chris would give some shoe info on the progression thread.
