neno Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 I shut it RH on my second attempt, I squeezed all I had and when I let off I could even feel the knurling grind when opening the handles. I closed it using a MM set. Now Im off to give the evil eye to my #3 Quote

vikingsrule92 Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 Great Job!!!! How hard is your SM? I've seen a lot of variance in these with just the two I've tried, one at a 2.4 and one at 2.7 Quote

PowerHouse Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 SM is a tough gripper congrats on closing it. What seemed to help you the most(overcrushes, negs..)? I closed it last year and have yet to get consistent Quote Goals: To be stronger then I was last week. I don't mean to be condescending(which means to talk down to)..........
nockowt1 Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 Great Job!!!! How hard is your SM? I've seen a lot of variance in these with just the two I've tried, one at a 2.4 and one at 2.7 My BBSM is harder than both #2.5's that I own. I would say it is about a 2.7 Quote Real Name: Kevin McFadden
neno Posted November 27, 2007 Author Posted November 27, 2007 My super master is about a 2.4, I base this on how my IM #2.5 and #3 feel. As far as what helped my the most was volume on grippers and mixing up my other grip events over the past 4 weeks. As closing the big grippers are my main goal my grip workouts revolve around grippers. After I train grippers I train 1-2 other grip events and I alternate them regularly. Quote
