Guest Mikael Siversson Posted August 15, 2002 Posted August 15, 2002 Thanks, Arne and Jim, Jim, are you comming to Löddeköpinge in March together with David and Liz? Quote
terminator Posted August 15, 2002 Posted August 15, 2002 Congrats Mikael! As the great 3crusher says..."see you in MILO" Quote Real name: Pat Povilaitis
Guest Mikael Siversson Posted August 15, 2002 Posted August 15, 2002 All I have to do now is to gain 50 lbs so I look good in that T-shirt. Quote
Bill Piche Posted August 15, 2002 Posted August 15, 2002 Congrats! And, of course the title gets changed under your username. Quote
Guest Mikael Siversson Posted August 15, 2002 Posted August 15, 2002 Bill, That seven days a week gripper-program; it worked for me too. Quote
Bill Piche Posted August 15, 2002 Posted August 15, 2002 Bill,That seven days a week gripper-program; it worked for me too. You even extended it a day. Pop me an email and tell me what volume, exercises, you used, etc. if you would.... Also, it's a figment of your imagination. It couldn't possibly work and you would be horribly overtrained and get WEAK! :hehe Quote
jimwylie1 Posted August 15, 2002 Posted August 15, 2002 I haven't really thought about Mikael. I would certainly like to though. Guest baldy Posted August 15, 2002 Posted August 15, 2002 Congratulations, Mikael. I know you have been closing it for a while, but it is good to see that you are now "official". I hope you mentioned to IM that you pull bodyweight on their Rolling Thunder, in addition to your other grip feats. Quote
Guest Mikael Siversson Posted August 15, 2002 Posted August 15, 2002 Baldy, No, I don't think I mentioned that because at the time I sent in the required documentation (mid-May) I could not do bodyweight on the RT. By the way, the RT lifts are still going well. Did more than b.w. both righty (84 kg) and lefty (83 kg) (two second stop at the finish position with palm facing body, conforming to the LGC rules) last Monday. However, I have a loooooong way to go until I get anywhere near Steve's numbers. I am a bit better at the two-hand pinch though and have done 81 kg on our 70 mm width set up. Based on what Arne and Kalle Lane have done on this equipment, this would equal about 90 kg on the set up used at the Brittish Championships. Quote
