wscorpion Posted August 25, 2007 Posted August 25, 2007 I've been wanting to roll up a frying pan from the first time I've seen a video of someone doing so, but I never found one which was cheap enough to destroy. Today I went to some weird shop where they sell cheap frying pans, so I just had to buy one to give it a try Here's the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eVo5bxRIKpI Any pointers on technique are welcome Quote Mark Vogels -------------------- "Whether you think you can or you can't, you're right."

wscorpion Posted August 26, 2007 Author Posted August 26, 2007 Nice work i used gloves when i did mine, i have tried barehanded one time but it was to painful for me Thanks mate! I think it heavily depends on the pan whether or not padding is needed. This one was really sharp at the edges, but the ones I use to cook in aren't sharp. Of course I'm not going to bend my good pans, but I'm sure they are doable without padding..... Quote Mark Vogels -------------------- "Whether you think you can or you can't, you're right."
Tim71 Posted August 27, 2007 Posted August 27, 2007 Nice going Mark! The pans are a real draw. I don't have the time right now to watch your vid but I'm sure you did fine. Pans vary alot and a couple I've used gloves on but they were really tough. I like the T-fal brand ones but they're pricey. Great job again. Tim Quote
ox3782 Posted August 27, 2007 Posted August 27, 2007 Great Job Mark you rolled that thing right up!!! Brendan Quote Brendan Dwyer | 6'1" | 204lbs | 7 7/8 inch hand
wscorpion Posted August 27, 2007 Author Posted August 27, 2007 Thanks guys! Guess I will try again soon since this one really isn't rolled up that close, it's more of a fold then a roll IMO, so gotta do better then that Quote Mark Vogels -------------------- "Whether you think you can or you can't, you're right."
