Had My First Try At A Frying Pan Today

Recommended Posts

I've been wanting to roll up a frying pan from the first time I've seen a video of someone doing so, but I never found one which was cheap enough to destroy.

Today I went to some weird shop where they sell cheap frying pans, so I just had to buy one to give it a try :tongue

Here's the video:

Any pointers on technique are welcome ;)

Thanks mate!

I think it heavily depends on the pan whether or not padding is needed. This one was really sharp at the edges, but the ones I use to cook in aren't sharp. Of course I'm not going to bend my good pans, but I'm sure they are doable without padding.....

Nice going Mark! The pans are a real draw. I don't have the time right now to watch your vid but I'm sure you did fine. Pans vary alot and a couple I've used gloves on but they were really tough.

I like the T-fal brand ones but they're pricey.

Great job again.

Thanks guys!

Guess I will try again soon since this one really isn't rolled up that close, it's more of a fold then a roll IMO, so gotta do better then that ;)
