Tried For A Pinch Pr

Recommended Posts

My 30lb blob in left hand, 4 5Kg plates in right. Clean and press. I've got it several times recently, but with gaffer tape round the plates, tonight I tried without the tape.

Lessons learned.

1. You REALLY have to ramp up your pinch going through the vertical curve of the clean. Far more so than I realised.

2. An errant 5Kg plate will go through a plasterboard wall like it's not even there.

3. A 30lb blob REALLY hurts when it lands on your bare foot, even if it's bounced first!

I liked his last one. Sum-thin about it.

The rest of this response is jocularity.

If you drop that blob on your foot enough then you can jump over buildings as per

Far East TV. Martial arts require repitition of stone punches et al. :online

Ain't satellite TV great?

Sorry, twig, I misread your post. That was not an appropriate response

from me. I hope that the break heals soon.

Be positive and keep on keepin' on.

Hope your foot heals quick Twig. I've had a blob bounce on my foot before, it definitely hurts, A LOT.
