Hi, my name is Marcus, a 24 year old guy from Sweden.

So I thought it could be fun and motivating to start a training diary, blog or whatever it is called in english.

I have done some general weightlifting for about 6 monts spread over 1.5 year. I got pretty good "groundstrenght"

and for some reason good crushstrenght in my hands. Pretty weird considering my small hands and the impressive 30cm forearms... ^^ ;) Anyhow anyway, I have done some griptraining but very seldom over these 1.5 years. Now it´s time to step it up and maby in a month I will start some lifting too. rehab for shoulder first and X ray for my back.

I just got some new grip eqv. today so I´m more then motivated right now. I will not post any training though since I tried every new thing so my hands are dead :P

Since I´m new to the grip-thing I´m thankful for all the help I can get. I´m kind of good at progress, kind of bad in avoiding injuries it seems. (in general). :whistel

Stuff I got a disposal at home (also got a gymcard though): lots of grippers, 1 imtug, hard eggball, extensor rubberbands, 10 kilos weights (and smaller) and a barbell and dumbells.

My goal is to close the CoC 3 gripper this year. Barely closing the 2.5 now (not certificate style)

Wish me luck! And feel free to add me on msn (mackietao@hotmail.com) for some grip-chat or something. Peace :mosher

Tonight I watched a movie and squeezed the Ironmind Egg a bit. Pretty hard squeezes. Either the egg is getting ALOT softer or my hands are getting stronger very fast. Either way my hands felt good but had no power when I did some grippers later. Also did some IMTUG thumb closing and Rubberband finger extensions

I will start writing down actual rep numbers and weights later on. I´m so new at this I progress with all training now.

A couple of weeks more and a more advanced aproach to the whole gripthing will take place.

Take care ya´ll =)
