Teemu I Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 I closed my #3.5 a few months ago and the video I took then was crappy at best. I promised then that I'd take a better video some time, so here it is. Quote Teemu Ilvesniemi, Finland My Blog

pdfk20 Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 Whats so impressive with this close is that you hold the gripper at parallel for time before smashing it shut! Great strength, great close! Great strength, great close! Well thanks, but that longer than usual hold just sort of happened accidentally..I watched that close on the computer display while doing it, noticed that I took too deep set at first, adjusted it a bit and then closed. egg_uk Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 the 3.5 is a lofty height for most, so i would say it is top class Quote Goals Get Stronger Lift what I haven't lifted Close what I haven't closed

Thanks, but in my mind the very best starts from around the BBSE level, I have a lot of work to do before I can close my BBSE. Yeah but how many people have actually closed a 3.5? Less than 20 I bet, probably even less then that. SO I still have to say that's pretty world class. Quote

dimmers Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 Very nice vid! you could clearly see the 3.5 stamp and you kept the gripper in view all the time. I agree with Pete that what's most impressive is you paused at parallel before smashing it shut great close!!! Quote

spahn ranch Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 Good video. I simply wouldn't know about "world class", and besides it's a designation that gets thrown around too much for its own good. I'll just say that I don't think of it anything less than no-hype elite. Great close. Quote Thomas, 36/6'1.5"/205/8.25" hands MMS RH #2.5, LH #2; CCS RH & LH #2 Strength and honour
