rolf Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 When I train grip in a workout on its own, I never do any post-workout feeding like I would for a regular workout: recovery drink followed by a good meal an hour later. I think the grip-associated muscles are too small to really demand anything like that (barring some very heavy deadlifts or bending).
