Recovering From A Grip-only Workout

Recommended Posts

Posted

When I train grip in a workout on its own, I never do any post-workout feeding like I would for a regular workout: recovery drink followed by a good meal an hour later. I think the grip-associated muscles are too small to really demand anything like that (barring some very heavy deadlifts or bending). How do other people here treat their grip-only workouts nutrition-wise?

Certified weakling.

Goals:

Brick lift three 5 kg bricks

Static lever 1 m / 4 kg hammer to the rear
