vikingsrule92 Posted August 12, 2007 Posted August 12, 2007 (edited) 8.25'' wrist, 16'' forearm No he said waist to forearm, but I think we should also do wrists, it makes for a more interesting comparison. Maybe we could also do biceps or something. 7" Wrist 11" forearm 31" waist Strongest Gripper: still a #2 Edited August 12, 2007 by vikingsrule92 Quote
StalwartSentinel Posted August 12, 2007 Posted August 12, 2007 I think there is more of a relation between hand, wrist and forearm size to max gripper strength, than waist size. If waist size was a real factor, I would be closing the RBWT gripper! Quote

lifesnotfair Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 When I was fat (close to 260lbs) my forearms looked thinner than nowdays, they were probably not even 12" with wrist bent. Wrist: around 6-1/2", patheticly thin, although it appears it might have grown a tiny little bit since starting grip training a year ago. I measure with my hand straight and fingers tigether Waist: I wear 34" jeans and pants currently, dunno if this is the measure you guys are giving or actually measuring your waist... Forearm: around 12-1/8" maybe, with elbow straight but wrist bent. Biggest gripper closed: with a deep set, the #2, with a wide set my filed #1.5 Oh, and hand length is 7-1/4" with short fingers Quote
