dansweeney Posted August 7, 2007 Posted August 7, 2007 I gave the St. Croix Ultralite #2 a go, and other than having a bit of trouble "starting" it, I think I did OK. It was a bigger difference from the #1 than I thought it would be! Thanks Chris for all your tips! I did it without padding, but the 2nd one I bent I had to pad up a bit......Thigh is still a little tender from the last shoes!..... Here is the vid: Thanks! Dan Quote
Tim71 Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 Nice job! The shoes are very impressive and I think Chris is just about addicted to the horseshoes. Take his tips to heart. Again, great job. Tim Quote

supersqueeze Posted August 8, 2007 Posted August 8, 2007 I've got some problems with the last 3 inches. I can't seem to get the two ends to meet. It just stops at about 3 inches and I can't move it further. Any advice for "closing the gap" on horseshoes? Somehow I'm expecting to hear about isometrics Quote
dansweeney Posted August 11, 2007 Author Posted August 11, 2007 Thanks guys! I really appreciate all the kind words! Supersqueeze, not sure if you can see in my video, but my "completed bend" is also about 3 inches apart. I have studied a few videos, and it seems that freaks like Pat and Chris make the ends meet, but Im no where near doing that yet! Dan Quote
