Bad Bending Session

Don't really know why I'm posting this but maybe others can relate to it.

In a sentence, my bending tonight STUNK! I mean I either had a tough batch of everything or I had a really off night.

Started off good with my sons setting braced PRs which you can see in my gallery. Great huh? Well I decided to get into the act and do some wrench bending. UGHHH! I'm not saying I didn't bend a couple, but the ones I did bend are usually pretty routine but tonight they were viscious. Actually, I was going to start off by duplicating Chris Rider's "S" wrench bend or at least trying. Ha ...... ha! I couldn't bend a "S" in a stick of chewing gum tonight. I knew the 8 incher I picked out was a really tough one to try that bend in but I decided to go for it anyway. Felt TERRIBLE right away so I stopped and just decided to do some conventional wrech bending. OOOHHHH man it stunk too. Got a good bend but it shouldn't have took near out of me as what it did. Everything hurt more, nothing felt right and the steel felt crazy strong each and every time. I won't go into too many specifics but man I hate times like this. Felt very off to say the least. My throat is a little sore so maybe I'm fighting off a bug.

I guess you just have to forget them and move on.

Ever happen to anyone else?

I second that. I have some nights were even G5s are insanely hard then some where they go down in 2 hits. Everyone has bad days, as David said forget it and move on

For me, a really good bending session is usually followed by a bad one. It's just the way things go sometimes.

You don't get a dog and do the barking yourself.

I would look into what you have been eating, water intake, and how much sleep you have been getting. Just recently I was doing something and I was felt real weak and then I realized that I ate taco ball that afternoon and didn't eat breakfast and couldn't remember the last water I drank. You'll get'er next time. Give those hands some fuel and rest and let the pr's roll!
