Tou Posted August 8, 2002 Posted August 8, 2002 Strapholds Farmer's walk is a very basic but very efficient exercise to get big and strong. take two heavy dumbells and grab one in each hand. Walk with them as long as you can. Pretty basic but you'll find it very hard with very heavy loads. They are very fun to do. Quote
