I'm fairly happy with the results, kept sliding around on my leg in the second half of the bend (damn you non-stick coating ) but it went down without too much trouble. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=oKR0gXJDLdI Any technique pointers would be welcome, I'm really getting into braced bending and enjoying it as a very different challenge to unbraced.
