Do you know what's the best lift in the wrist curl on formulator?

I read in the past that it's very difficult to break the 100 lbs on this machine. Anybody has lifted 100 lbs?

I think your lifts are the best I've heard of Jose, although I haven't seen all that many posted. I don't know if others are the same, but I prefer the formulator for higher rep stuff as it gets pretty painful with higher weights and I don't feel the benefit so much. I guess you'd need some kind of 'heels and elbows fixed' rule?

I just meant you'd need some kind of rules to make sure it was a strict lift, otherwise you could make it easier by using momentum to get through a sticking point. Similar to the rules that are in place for the wrist curl records list.

Yeah it does a bit. Wuss that I am, I use gloves or a towel for extra padding with heavier weights. I've heard the Pegasus is better in this respect.
