urbandruid Posted July 21, 2007 Posted July 21, 2007 how does brookfield bend 60d's bare handed? I guess its something you could train for by gradually reducing the amount of wrapping you use. Quote
dimmers Posted July 22, 2007 Posted July 22, 2007 (edited) Be careful with the barehand bending matey (nicely done though - albeit a bit painful i'm guessing?) I think it's something that over time you can build up to, with lots of volume the hands eventually get conditioned.
