Thanks Pete I train all my lifts to lockout because a lot of competitions run the rules that way.Plus if I do train all the time like this I know for sure I can get it.And its a good workout for the hand! Thanks For the comments Guys I will record some other grip fun and post as they come!!!

i agree with you brendan ,why not pull it to full lock out,(lift, lock and place down under full control)all other lifts are that way,and that way there is no question.keep up the good work bro.

Nice walk with the blobs and good pull on the Vbar :mosher :mosher :mosher Have you tried the 50# blob or blob 50 lately? I see you have that as one of your goals.

Thanks Guys and yes Chad I tried the 50 this very day and no not yet, soon it is feeling better. The guys I bought it from thought it would be nice to paint it and it makes it even more challenging until it holds some chalk.I did try a bare iron one last weekend and it felt close.

I'm sure it won't be long before you get the 50 lb. blob Brendan, just chalk it up daily and it'll hold chalk a lot better.
