Custom Made Grippers

I have some questions about custom made grippers.

1.Is there anyone that still produces custom made grippers (I read that Robert Baraban no longer makes any).

2. Can they be made in any strength (within reason of course)? For example with only a few pounds difference?

3. How much does it cost to have one custom made gripper produced?

Bill Ennis at the weightlifters warehouse, go to the website and there's an email address there, drop him an email of what you want and he'll amke it for you.

He made my MM2 replica, cost was like £40 plus shipping , took about a month between ordering and receiving the gripper.

You can also contact Warren Tetting direct. Warren makes the grippers for Bill and Weightlifters Warehouse.

Warren is extremely interesting, very knowledgeable, and eager to talk about training and nutrition. Don't expect to get a deal on the gripper though. Call him for the experience of talking to him.

The other thing you can do is buy regular Beef Builder grippers and customize them yourself. You can remove the pins and replace them with set screws so the mount is adjustable. Some folks have done this; Acorn for one. It's a great training tool and a great DIY answer if you have the tools to make it happen.
