ox3782 Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 I had a bending session today and I decieded to play with some bolts. This past weekend I had ordered some G5's and a few 1/4x6" F911 bolt as well as some 5/16x6.5" F911 bolts well they showed up today and made it real fun!!!The G5 I got from allens fasteners I dont know what brand they are but they were really stout enough to bend the threads if anybody has seen the marking and knows about them please let me know. After one of those I bent a G8 thay are fun good fight but not much more than the G5 in the pic. Then the F911 I cant belive something 1/4" in diameter can fight so hard.It was awesome I had to really pull it together and get determined to finish it!!!The spring was incredible!!!But at 5 bucks a peice a bit pricey nice for that once in a while bend though.I cant even imagine the 5/16x6.5" F911.That wont go for some time!! http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?automod...si&img=6065 Brendan Quote Brendan Dwyer | 6'1" | 204lbs | 7 7/8 inch hand

Tim71 Posted July 13, 2007 Posted July 13, 2007 I've always called the F911, the toughest 1/4 inch piece of steel immaginable. I really thought they'd pop at first and like you I had bent a bastard before I ever got one of these. It is crazy how the thing fights you. Great job on an extremely tough bolt. Tim Quote
