NHBBareKnuckler Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 Is there a way to tell the difference? Quote
Biggerfoot Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 There are some photos in the gallery. They are sloped on one side and nearly flat on the other. I think the consensus is that they are great dumbbells but make lousy blobs. Quote Real Name: Clay Johnson
knyaz Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 yeah they are definately way different than the old York, I would rather just train with Hex than the Legacy blobs Quote Steve Pekarskiy
NHBBareKnuckler Posted July 11, 2007 Author Posted July 11, 2007 Thanks a lot guys. I wanted to made sure what I had was the righ thing. They're even on both sides. Yippie haha Quote
MARKR Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 If you cant get a hex or old York blob would these be a good substitute or are they way too easy to lift.I have the chance of buying some legacy blobs here in the uk , its difficult to even get heavy enough hex dumbbells and the York ones impossible, so i thought the legarcy might work ok Thanks Mark Quote
Cannon Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 ...I have found the uneven sides of the legacy blobs challenging in a good way. The issue for me is cost. It's hard to feel good about buying them when you could just get hex bells locally. Quote

How would you rate them in terms of difficulty to lift compared to a old style blob or even hex of the same weight Mark Quote
