wscorpion Posted July 7, 2007 Posted July 7, 2007 Had a nice session today. I've bent: - 4mm x 25mm x 254mm (approx. 5/32" x 1" x 10"), this went down very easy. - 4mm x 25mm x 198mm (approx. 5/32" x 1" x 8"), still quite easy, got this on video. - 5/16" x 7" threaded stainless, also quite easy - 5/16" x 6" threaded stainless, a bit harder, but still quite easy, also put this on video. This was my first encounter with stainless, and I feel this stuff is a bit more springy then a normal bar. after that: - 5.5" x 8mm CRS This one was from a new rod and much harder then the previous one. I barely got it under 2" in approx. 4 minutes. The previous ones were about the same strength as a Red (new red) from the same length. So this one is harder, so a nice bar to improve my strength for the 5.5" red which I will take down under 2 minutes on video soon for certification. I only have 2 reds left, so I have to be sure I can take within 2 minutes before trying to bend it All in all a nice session, probably will cut the stainless to 5.5" soon and put it on vid as well. I still need some banking info from John before I can place my order with FBBC, but it will definitely contain the stainless bars The video of the 8" flat bar and the 6" threaded stainless: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RoYjP2ihqeo Next session is reverse and double underhand.
