Note: Hmph well for some reason my lower back felt very weak today. I was falling forward on the reps, struggling to keep my back straight. Had to take a bunch of breathes to even get clos to finishing my first set, but in the second set my back couldnt take it anymore.

Note: Whew first day back with this monster, felt great but damn was it tough. Its so damn huge when i have it on my shoulders i feel like i cant get any leg drive because of my weird positioning to balance it. Failed with 175 but it was with no belt, my best ever was 190x1 with a belt.

Had some back pain today, i think its from not stretching at all that my back is cramping up and stuff so i couldnt squat for crap today, so i just did some grippers.

I guess its from the bad fever/throat infection that i had that destroyed my appetite, havent really been able to eat the same since i got that acouple weeks ago.....annnnd im getting sick again, from the same damn infection but trying to fight it early.

Know how you feel, I recently had two throat infections/head colds within 4 weeks and it's extremely frustrating. Big movements like squats suffer the most. Get better soon man!
