I was falling forward on the reps, struggling to keep my back straight. Had to take a bunch of breathes to even get clos to finishing my first set, but in the second set my back couldnt take it anymore. Rack pulls - No belt - Top of kneecap 385x3 455x3 315x6 (From floor) 385x3 (From floor) Note: Again back felt weak so i stopped. Note: Ive decided to just restart my program from week 1 so that i can build up again, yea i know maybe i should just stick with it, but i would rather just start fresh, im only 2 weeks in anyways. Its so damn huge when i have it on my shoulders i feel like i cant get any leg drive because of my weird positioning to balance it. Failed with 175 but it was with no belt, my best ever was 190x1 with a belt. Apollon's Axle Continental Cleans - No belt - DOH 123x3 173x1 +1 Failed 183x1 Note: These felt pretty good but from the top of belly to the rack position was tough, pain in chest was nice as well haha. Farmer's Walk - No belt - Weight in each hand 115 x 100ft (1 Turn) 165 x 100ft (1 Turn) Note: Glad to be doing farmers again, core strength will definately benefit from it. I just hate how my farmers handles are so low, they just alittle higher then where a regular bar would be, way below the knees. Quote

Know how you feel, I recently had two throat infections/head colds within 4 weeks and it's extremely frustrating. Big movements like squats suffer the most. Get better soon man!
