BmoR Posted July 10, 2007 Author Posted July 10, 2007 july 9, 2007 monday two handed pinch hold- 2/25x 20 seconds x 3 need to get plates without any edges so these can be harder 2 handed barbell wrist curls- 55x10....65x10...65x10 2 handed barbell finger curls- 65 x 10 x 3 sets got a good pump from this feeling stronger Quote goals for 2007 close no.1- done rep no.1 5 times close no.2
