Ok ive decided to start grip training so im gonna keep a log

I have a CoC no. 1 and ill be trying to close that which will be my first goal

goals for 2007

2 hand plate holds- 25lbs x 30 seconds x 3 sets

2 hand wrist curls- 13kg x 10 x 3 sets

2 hand finger curls- 45lb bar x 8 x 3 sets

10 crushes each hand with store bought gripper

3 crushes each hand CoC no.1 ( got to parallel once and about 1/8" away twice)

Good workout arms felt great after it

dang it it is hard to not train even a little

today i was showin my mom the grippers and i tried closin the no. 1 a few times lol

but some good news im gonna get her training them too

all work 2 handed

plate holds- 2 25's x 10........2/25 x 15.....2/25 x 20 (not flat plates but tried hardest not to use edge as an advantage)

wrist curls- 55x10x3

finger curls- 55x8x3

coc.1- parallel holds x 5 seconds x 3

two handed pinch hold- 2/25x 20 seconds x 3

need to get plates without any edges so these can be harder

2 handed barbell wrist curls- 55x10....65x10...65x10

2 handed barbell finger curls- 65 x 10 x 3 sets

got a good pump from this feeling stronger

been away for a while but still training grip i can now close the no. 1 with my right hand at least 2 times in a row so i have improved a lot

i always forget to post but heres todays

right hand: coc no.1: two no set closes

left hand: closest ive ever been about 1/8" away
