dimmers Posted July 1, 2007 Posted July 1, 2007 i'd say you've got enough to get yourself a really strong grip there! check out some of the workout logs to get an idea of what some of the other guys are doing... ask questions about a routine you like the look of, everyone is very helpful. check out some of the links at the top as well, lots of useful info there! Sybersnott Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 would the im little big horn be in line?Any other items I need to get? any training ideas? Are you going to be doing any steel bending or pinch gripping? - IMO, those are two things to add if you want that 'grip of steel' type handshake! Quote "I have always been strong. pawel r Posted July 14, 2007 Posted July 14, 2007 1).Cutting wire with small cutters (makes it hard) is a fantastic way to build the grip. Try this exercise for several months 2).Rope chin-up 3).Plier chin-up 4).Fingers chin-up Quote

maidenfan Posted July 25, 2007 Posted July 25, 2007 What you have will work just fine. Most of the handshake is leverage and how your hand is positioned in the other person's hand. Quote Morgan Guthner Fairfax, VA Goals - be a better arm wrestler
