OldGuy Posted June 30, 2007 Posted June 30, 2007 1 3/8'' diameter is good as you have less leverage and have to grip really hard. I find wristrolling gets easier as you go up in bar thickness. I can wind up far more weight with a 2 3/8'' diameter bar than I can with a 1 3/8'' Quote Not afraid to ruffle feathers!
Steve B. Posted July 2, 2007 Posted July 2, 2007 Old guy your a freak. I am opposite. The 3"is much harder than the 2" for me. The average sizr is the 2" or there abouts. I have three of them from Fat Bastard 2",2 1/2",3".They are smooth and won't tear your hands up like the knurled ones. Quote
OldGuy Posted July 2, 2007 Posted July 2, 2007 I found 3'' to be so easy, that I could wind up ridiculous weights. I went back to 1 3/8''. I do have large hands though, and could get a lot of leverage on the thick wristrollers. Quote Not afraid to ruffle feathers!
