Finally Bending Again

My first day back to DO was last friday, after a month or two lay off due to a powerlifting meet coming up and a finger injury, and it couldn't have gone better. I started off with a yellow nail, then the easy 70ds Tim T has and I was feeling good. I did a random 5/16 x 7 crs and another with added resistance and I was going to try my slightly kinked Bastard. Well I gave myself a small break, and went after it, WHAM, without a problem I destroyed the bastard bar. I think I'm back. Now to get a fresh bastard on tape. I shouldn't be suprised though, my DL max went up like 30 pounds. Anytime my DL goes up I make a new bending PR. Don't neglect deadlifting :D
