darkdan Posted June 28, 2007 Posted June 28, 2007 I wonder how well that would work. Guys, start thinking. Quote

TelegraphKey Posted June 28, 2007 Posted June 28, 2007 I also use those grip-plates, weight plates with holes on the sides for carrying, and loop them on my toes, stand on something, and do "reverse ankle curls," dipping the toes low then above the plane of my foot. Or use a strap through a weight plate the same way. Or use a cable machine, sit down, put strap over your toes, curl the foot towards you, then away from you. Or do the same with some rubber/JumpStretch bands. mbcx6pmw Posted June 28, 2007 Posted June 28, 2007 That old thread was interesting, I used to get shinsplints, I wish I'd thought of doing some of those exercises. It has occurred to me previously that a formulator could be used for that. Never tried it though. I've done toe raises just doing a foot tapping motion with a plate on my toes, suppose you don't get the full ROM that way though. Quote Paul Wood
