Braced Bending Session Today

Did another braced session today.

The 13.5" is a new PR but since it went down fairly easily I expect the 13" and perhaps shorter will go down soon as well ;)

Thanks mate!

Actually, I find this is easier then using pads.

I honestly don't even feel a small bit of pain on my knee when bending without padding so why use it? :D

Haven't tried it yet, but perhaps bending a bar like this completely without padding should be possible as well... Maybe I'll give it a try sometime :tongue

Congrats! It won't be long before you're taking down much shorter stuff.

That was sweet, you made it look too easy. Ouch on the crushdown barehand, I know that must have felt nice on the fingers. Where exactly are you placing the bar on your knee? Is it on the top of the shin bone or in between the kneecap and bone?

You made it look easy :rock

Thanks guys!

@timiacobucci, crushing that thing bare handed isn't as tough as it looks. Since the metal is so thick it's almost like crushing a gripper.

I'm holding the bar below the kneecap, where a solid piece of bone is:
