BarBender Posted June 15, 2007 Posted June 15, 2007 Greetings, I have had a few requests to add the option of presenting results in kilograms. Technically, kilograms is a measurement of mass. Newtons is the SI unit for force. Anyway, for those who prefer kilos over pounds, I present a color-coded table that outputs spring settings and two kilogram values. Four-Spring Kilogram Table Download and unzip the file -- you know the drill. Operation is simple: click a colored label to see spring settings and kilogram values for inner-grip and outer-grip. Remember, the larger value is for inner-grip and the smaller value is for outer-grip. Quote Real name: Don Rowlett Ivanko Super Gripper Bench Press calculator

BarBender Posted January 7, 2008 Author Posted January 7, 2008 Thank you for your kind comment. I haven't done much to advertise this latest development but new versions of my ISG calculators are available. http://www.angelfire.com/ar/mathgod/sg/supergripper.html I am not completely satisfied with the four-spring color table and the routine designer. I want to add some more features and make the tools easy and intuitive to operate. This new set of tools comes with an application launcher. Just run the setup file.
