Rapid Forearm Growth

Hi all,

I got my first gripper in Jan07 a #1. I'd seen the ads on many sites selling grippers, they said you can get "HUGE" forearms while using grippers so I thought I'd record my progress. I've been taking pics every month to see any progress and I was looking at them today.......I wouldn't say I've got the "HUGE" forearms that the sites claim but I've seen a big increase in size and definition so I'm really happy :upsidedwn

I've added pics to my gallery today with before and after shots, my arms aren't huge like many guys here but I'm just happy with my own growth.

It'd be great to see any other before and after pics of all you guys, also add comments if this type of arm change is normal in gripper world as i'm still quite new to the game (5 months) and don't really know how fast arms normaly grow.

Yes I've also seen better growth with wrist curls but 1 inch growth just using grippers is a good gain in 5 months, would you not agree?

I definitely agree. I haven't really seen any noticeable growth from just using grippers (too much fat covering it maybe? :) ).

Your forearms look big! Nice gains!

Wrist curls and thick bar have given me good size gains in the past.

I have gained growth in my forearms about 2cm with using grippers. Not much though my gripper strenght is almost doubled :)

I think that wrist work is the key if you really want raise your arms.
