6" Wide Pinching Useful For Blob Turnover?

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

as most of you will probably have the same problem, I do not have a blob to train with.

I've decided to start lifting a 2kg plate with a diameter of 6" on which I attach other plates for making it heavier.

I've created a vid of such a lift of 19kg's (43lbs), not sure whether it is comparable to a blob and if it has any turnover.

Please let me know what you think of it and if it would be better to get a wooden block with the blob dimensions or that this would suffice as well.

btw, my hands are 7" wide, so anything wider then this 2kg plate would be too wide to grab.

Thanks.

or long. dunno how you would call it ;)

English isn't my native language....

From wrist to the top of my middle finger is 7", if that makes more sense :tongue

btw, I mean carry over instead of turnover ;)
