CoC 3 / Sam came and collected his Inch today and cleaned and pressed the Blob and high pulled and then later two handed and push pressed the 53-kilo Inch.

Thanks for having me up there Steve, small write up is in my log. I found the blob easier than expected and the inch light years harder than i expected.

Two videos (by Dunkster)

1) Me picking up and catching in the air the baby Inch - I can do this easily and did it three times from hand to hand yesterday.

2) Loz getting the full size inch overhead

That Loz is taking the piss ;) - i've tried that 10 times this week at least, and missed by about 1'' each time. Best of luck to him at BSM he should do really well given his current form.
