Figured I'd start a new log...hopefully I'll get to post pretty often...but I do work a lot...

DO

warmup: 6" G2, 7" x 1/4" CRS, 60d, 6" x 5/16" threaded rod (just because I have some sitting around)

6 5/8" x 5/16" zinc plated x1

6 7/8" x 5/16" O-1 DR x1, 6 3/4" x 5/16" O-1 DR x 1 (crush took me 20 min or so...talk about being sore in the upper body the next day!)

6 3/8" x 5/16" CRS x 1 (crush on this wasn't that hard compared to the DR...but kink was pretty tough...but of course, a much easier length, technique-wise, than 7")

5.5" x 9/32" O-1 DR x 1 (crush a little crazy on this too, especially after the 5/16"), kinked 5.25" and 5 3/8" of the same (almost 90 deg on each...but my crushing muscles were toast)

Take the unfinished drillrod to work with you and hit it every hour if you can inbetween have it by your side so it can mock you then you can think of what your gonna do to it.

Hitting it every hour or so for a 10secs iso will build endurance in the bending muscles/tendons then you wont run out of gas when you do a volume workout.
