OldGuy Posted June 9, 2007 Posted June 9, 2007 I was for some reason inspired to try a little grip stuff today for the first time in about 3 years. RT 175lbs, plate pinch onehanded 60 lbs. Hublift 35 plate + 5lbs added. #3 gripper 1/8'' from closing. So all in all not too bad! Quote Not afraid to ruffle feathers!
CoC#3 Posted June 9, 2007 Posted June 9, 2007 Nice work on that #3 after a massive lay off - once muscle memory kicks in you'll most likely be repping it! Quote real name: Sam Solomi

OldGuy Posted July 1, 2007 Author Posted July 1, 2007 Just finished some wristrolling, also for the first time in ages. Wound up and then down 175lbs from floor to shoulder height using a very smooth 1 3/8'' diameter rack mounted roller, with an underhand grip rolling away from body.
