The blob is a hex 85 cut in half. Now i dont understand because i can dead lift 75s at the same time with no problem. however the 85 is crazy if feels like i will never be able to get that thing off the ground! its because of the extra surface right ? to wide fo my hand ... but i dont have small hands .

extra traing tips will be helpful thanks guys

Yeah it has to do with the extra surface area plus 5 lbs. on a hex block is a fairly big step. I'm not sure I know anything good for training tips because my pinch sucks.

indeed, these suckers can get pretty big!

as far as training goes, my suggestion would be to either get a TTK or a pony clamp and give your thumb some direct work that way and to get used to the thickness of the block try some negatives by deadlifting it with both hands and letting it down as controlled as you can with one.

Maybe just squeeze harder?

If that doesn't help, try pressing the finger tip of your opposite hand into the side of the block your thumb is on as you lift. Gradually remove assistance by lowering the amount of pressure you apply with the finger.

You don't get a dog and do the barking yourself.

Pinch 10lb plates and add cardboard cut outs so you get width w/o weight, it helped me get the 42.5 blob. Dan Praydis is the one who told me about it.
