crobb1320 Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 after awhile with a hurt elbow,i finally felt good and started some bending i have been waiting to do.thanks to ox3782 for help with my form.and all the others(you know who you are) for the support.got 2 3/16"square reverse very easily,did a 1/4x6 reverse and crushed d.o. did a random peice and a fbbc 1/4"x7 round both d.o. and 2 40d nails d.o. no problem and the best part is elbow feels fine. pics are in my albums. hope to move up to bigger and better bends.
