Ok I have been grip training and stuff for over a year, and have fairly strong hands...(Im 1.5 for 2 and pinch grip 4 10s)

and yet while working on the farm yesterday I had to pull mustard weeds for my 4 hour work period. Torwards the end of work my right arm, just above the wrist begain to hurt when closing my hand and something clickes or pops. However grippers and pinching and bars don't hurt, nor leverage...so what is going on?

:help HELP! It doesn't hurt but it feels weird and I don't want to develop a problem/pain.

Fill a 5 gallon bucket with ice water and put your arm in up to your elbow for maybe 2-5 minutes, then take your arm out and move it around and stretch it. Rest a few days if needed after that. This seems to be the end-all fix it for me at least.

Thanks...I have been doing showers alternating hot and cold, but I will try the Ice water tonight....I hope it works...I was planning to take about a week off to let my whole body heal up. (And I will be traveling home from school in BC to Florida...)

Thanks again.
