I'll give some quick background on my gripping history: can close the number 2 CoC up to 8 times cleanly, can dead 405 no problems at all. in the military, Infantry train twice a day, cardio am, weights pm. Just got my number 3 yesterday, have about 1.5"" till a full close. Any training tips???. Would be very grateful of any advice!!. Thanx Quote
