filipvk Posted June 5, 2007 Posted June 5, 2007 Hello, I ordered the two Ironmind's snowballs, what you think about them? Are they good for the grip strength or they are just for rehabilitation? Quote
gerryg Posted June 5, 2007 Posted June 5, 2007 I bought one a couple years back, it lasted about a year than it fell apart. Quote

Scott Styles Posted June 5, 2007 Posted June 5, 2007 Rehab. This type of product just doesn't last. It is not restricted to Ironmind's version. I've got a cheap rubber stress ball. I like it and it is durable. Quote You don't get a dog and do the barking yourself.
Hubgeezer Posted June 6, 2007 Posted June 6, 2007 I may be the only one that has something good to say, but I do have something good to say about it. I like the little one. I had one years ago, and I think I gave it to my elderly mother. I got another one more recently, and used it for rehab on an injured finger. The tendons hurt for months, so I was driving around with the Snowball in the car, and was squeezing it by jamming it deep into the base of my ailing finger. The fiddling around with it, frequently, I believe helped me. I couldn't imagine using it for anything but rehab. Quote
Teemu I Posted June 6, 2007 Posted June 6, 2007 I think you can benefit from using those rubber balls. They are a safe way to train individual fingers. They provide enough resistance for the pinky at least. I use them from time to time. Quote Teemu Ilvesniemi, Finland My Blog

Koura Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 Okay... The Ironmind's Egg and some other stuff came today, but let's focus on that Egg It fits perfectly in hand and size is just good. I've ordered that "strong and healthy hands" -packet from Ironmind so i don't know what size is that Egg. On their site you can find four sizes. Egg works just like as Ironmind says. It's good for active rest or you can get a great workout, if you want. When you squeeze lightly that blue egg abandon and be pressed down quite easily. But i you squeeze with all your powers that little thing start really fight against you! I think that is perfect training method if you want crush potatoes or apples. So.. Worth of buying? Yes. That is nice little thing and every gripster will like this. And that looks very durable too. Quote Niko Eerola, Finland http://www.youtube.c...ser/Ombombo#p/u
MARKR Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 Sounds good I will have to order one Thanks for the review Mark Quote
vikingsrule92 Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 Great review. Thanks a lot. I'm pretty sure they only have one size they just sell 4 packs as well as singles. Quote
