JoeGrip Posted May 27, 2007 Author Posted May 27, 2007 Ive been really feeling it in the top of the triceps and where the delt meets the pec is why I was asking, just trying to figure out an exercise that I dont already do that would help. Quote
ObsceneJester Posted May 27, 2007 Posted May 27, 2007 I've honestly haven't really felt it anywhere but my forearms and wrists Quote Name: Rob H
wscorpion Posted May 27, 2007 Posted May 27, 2007 lats, chest, shoulders, back, biceps, triceps, actually everything in the upperbody. I haven't really felt sore anywhere else then my hands, but you feel all those muscles working during the bend. Cunny Posted May 28, 2007 Posted May 28, 2007 I feel it in my biceps a lot at the time of bending but they are never sore afterwards. I thoughtI was going to have a nose bleed whilst bending last night. Quote

You shouldn't hit the steel against your nose while bending No, but i can imagine due to the amount of pressure you are creating that a nosebleed and an increase of blood pressure isn't uncommon. liam.mccaffrey Posted May 29, 2007 Posted May 29, 2007 just thought i'd mention it cus its different, i used to get a lot of pain about 2 inches diagonally down from my armpits on my back. on both sides. I've been doing this for a a while now and its getting less and less each time i bend and recover. in fact i bent today and it doesn't hurt at all. the shoulders i think are the most important part of the bend Quote
