kelby Posted May 22, 2007 Posted May 22, 2007 i have been working out with five hundred page sears catalogue. i have teared up about ten so far. thanks to the technique. even though you still need strength to tear the catalogue. i tried 1000 page phone book almost did it, but didnt have enough strength to rip it in half. next time. very good workout on the hands.
