Couple Of Time Pr's

went out to the shed to try out a few things ive been working on

did a short warm up and 3 big bends (for me )

I went to beat my Red Nail time PR of 1:50, and gues what i did it in? yup thats right 1:50

so i had a rest and loosened up with a bit of kettlebell went for it again all psyched up!!! video link below. I didn't bother measuring the bar on camera or even showing the bar after sorry. you'll have to take my word for it. it was a new red and it finished at about 1 and 5/8"

after this i decided to try and get a 6.5" red in under 5 mins. alas it took 7:10 but it was the first time i'd got a 6.5" in a single session so i was well happy

getting there, the isos are paying off
