5 X 1/4 Square Bastard Bent!

I'm gonna have to say this is my best bending PR to date. It felt so damn good to finally get this thing beyond the 2 inch mark.

Sorry no video this time though. Realy didn't think I was gonna take it past 90 degrees like the last 4 attempts with it but I'll be placing an order for some more so I can get it on youtube.

Question is how hard of a bend is this? I mean what is it ranked next to? I didn't see a poundage calibration in the sticky. Has anyone else ever bent this bastard? All I know is that I've never had a more painful crushdown in my life. Nothing even compares to me. I think I'm out to celebrate...I'm pumped!

Well well done on the great bend. And to answer your question I think yes it has been done many times. My best with those are 5.5.

I have bent that length and I would consider it a challenging short bend -- GREAT JOB!

Congratulations on such a nice bend. I myself hit a PR last night, going 6" x 1/4" square FBBC-CRS x 2 DO. First one was VERY tough and 2'nd one crumpled in 30-40 seconds. Afterwards, I could barely lift my left arm and hold my hand steady enough to adjust my glasses. I definitely feel your pain, bro.
