Remember my first deck was torn at your place under your and Tommy's direction. You showed me how easy it was. It just took me a while to realize it. Pm me if I can hitch a ride with you to AOBS. HAMMERHEAD Posted May 13, 2007 Posted May 13, 2007 Gary, When Tommy and I showed you this we were using shit cards and the easiest possible technique to tear cards. Tearing cards is like any other feat of strength. There are more than one way to do it and the vareity of cards is just as crazy as the different strengths of steel. I'm glad to see you're still a beast. -HH Quote
Cunny Posted May 13, 2007 Posted May 13, 2007 I can never find any papercards in the UK.They are always plastic coated Quote
kelby Posted May 16, 2007 Posted May 16, 2007 will how do you tear cards easily. i can teay a 500 page sears catalogue, take a little while. but getting faster. even though you have technique you still need strength to go through it. i imagine same thing with cards. Quote
HAMMERHEAD Posted May 18, 2007 Posted May 18, 2007 Personally, I don't know how to tear cards easily. I do know of people who tear them easily but that is not to say it is "easy." If it was easy everybody would do it. There are different techniques which may favor one individual over another just like short steel bending. And like other feats, people will find that differing techniques will change the difficulty for that individual. Take grippers for example. A no-set will favor some people. A parralel set will favor others. The gripper didn't change, yet there are easier ways to close it. Is it still hard? yes. -HH Quote

I can not do that. Steve sets a good example for us all. (NOT JUST HIS STRENGTH BUT HIS VALUES) I'm a big fan of his and hope to meet him soon.
