I know what your saying bro.I need to shrink up for health reasons,I just want to retain strength.I've been dieting this past week, and feel a whole lot better.Any tips on losing size, but keeping strength I'm all ears fellas.

Awesome feat of strength man! I did the V-diet over on the T-nation site myself. Its about the toughest thing I've ever done but I lost 20# in about a month combined with another 20# in the months before that for 40# total. I've been off the diet for 6 weeks or so and the weight has stayed off. I didn't lose much if any strength either although I felt weak as hell when I was on it. I think I actually got stronger.

Some work for some people, some don't. If you find one 100% effective, let Glenn "The Daddy" Ross know, in the meantime PowerBellies RULE!

Be nice until it's time to not be nice-Patrick Swayze, Dalton, Raodhose. R.I.P.
