coc3 Posted April 29, 2007 Posted April 29, 2007 this is probably a stupid question but when you guys bend a spike( any size) do you brace it over your leg or how do you do it( pardon the ignorance). also what do you all think of reverse bending, is it legite bending or a lesser style of bending. it took me a little over a minute but i bent a yellow nail to almost 90 degr. and then finished it off to 1 5/8 in. to me that style of bending is pretty cool. i am probably going to include that style in my training and see how that goes. MalachiMcMullen Posted April 29, 2007 Posted April 29, 2007 Reverse is a legitamate style of bending. I'm not 100% on this but I think you have to bend the bar to 40 degrees in 30 seconds. Spikes are bent by pulling from under the knees or pushing down on the knee or hip. Good luck! Quote Zach Coulter Goals #1- The Planche
