Wrist Curl

Recommended Posts

I have put a video on youtube of a 400+ lb wrist curl for reps .I was a bit disappointed because i intended to do 10 reps with it but i had cramp in my fingers !!!!

Working 3 16 hour night shifts in a row didn't help much either.

There is a natural order. The way things are meant to be. An order that says the good guys always win, that you die when it's your time or when you have it coming, that the ending is always happy-if only for someone else.

With all due respect to the many strong guys, pioneers of the sport, fantastic competitors and other good people on this board...

I suspect that on May 19 the greatest performance in a Grip Contest to date might just be done by Chris James.
