First D.o. Bends

I just wanted to thank everyone for the help and advise on the D.O. style. I'd also like to give a special thanks to Gazza for his coaching. With your help I have now been able to complete my first D.O. style bends (I was doing all D.U.) There is a HUGE difference in power transfer this way once you get the form down. On my first attempt I smoked a 60d while seated at the computer then I grabbed a 6" adjustable wrench, stood up, and smoked that also in a matter of seconds.

Thanks again everyone for your help and any other newbies who are doing all D.U. like I was you won't believe the power difference once you get it. I was stalled out at grade 5, 1/4 x 7" with D.U. now I have just done my first grade 5, 1/4 x 6" with D.O. I guess it's off to the hardware store for some grade 8's.
